Kentucky Lard

My grandmother started teaching me how to make lard when I was 9 years old. As I got older I kept making it with her until in my 20's until she passed away . This is something I love doing and I am carrying on a tradition from my grandmother to my great grand mother and my ancestors before. I guess you can say I’m carrying on a family tradition.
